Responsible for implementing the community strategy on social media platforms and generating strong engagement.
Social media is an essential part of branding and brand perception and together with the Head of Community we shall fashion a modern, interesting, fun and engaging strategy to outreach and react, partner with appropriate influencers and funnel users into talking to us (reaching out to support and/or coming directly to LPs the website etc).
Reporting to the Head of Community, the social media manager will directly lead our social engagement and build both organic audience and via paid channels
Responsibilities:
Creating appealing SM posts
Managing communications with SM visitors
Build sustainable relationships and trust with influencers and key opinion leaders
Collaborating with internal departments to fulfil client needs.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
