Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Support & Troubleshooting: - Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via helpdesk, email, or in-person. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users. -Support desktop/laptop systems, printers, phones, and other office equipment. 2. Hardware & Software Maintenance: -Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware. -Maintain IT inventory records (hardware, licenses, accessories). -Conduct basic preventive maintenance and diagnostics on IT assets. 3.
