JOB DESCRIPTION Work in our Operations team, acting as the bridge between our customer support team and partner banks Action tasks from our customer support team, and be responsible for helping to resolve day-to-day issues of our customers Communicating with our partner banks to escalate requests and track issues Identify consistent issues, and work to escalate and suggest improvements Work on daily operational requests with an "improvement mindset", always looking for new opportunities for improvement.
