Job Description Act as account manager to assigned corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Partner with partnership manager for client onboarding Act as the key liaison between our key account customer and the company to build strong relationships. Conduct all necessary work and maintenance for the customers’ account including onboarding procedures, invoicing, request for information, etc. within the company’s turnaround time.
