Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll & payments and preparation of compulsory reports for authorities; Preparation of data for company’s management; Prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to management requests; Advisory services to internal clients for labor and payroll issues; Monitoring and applying payroll changes in local legislation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/HR qualification; Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing; Fluent in English Proven ability to work with multinational companies; Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills; Excellent knowledge of EXCEL; Very good knowledge of Bulgarian payroll software will be considered as a plus.
