Core Responsibilities Platform Management: Maintain and manage the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. Conduct regular audits, monitor system health and stay updated on new features and releases. Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. User Support & Training: Set up new users, manage their access, and train them on the platform's features and best practices. Data Management: Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT) to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security through regular audits, data cleansing and managing user adoption. Process Automation: Implement and maintain workflows and automation tools, such as Salesforce Flows, to streamline business processes.
