Role & Responsibilities · Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team · Maintain ongoing client relationships and develop IB/affiliate base for the company's financial products, to meet sales target · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures the company’s strong presence in the APAC region. · Making calls to new or potential clients to expand the client base and ensure prompt follow-up with clients · Perform non-advisory account management tasks such as placing trades, orders inquiries, margin calls, and management of market risks · Goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team. · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team · Build a motivating and rewarding psychological work environment by providing various forms of rewards and recognition to team members to ensure continuous growth of...
