? Job brief You will be part of the Support & Operations team and you will be the key contact within the team to own-chargeback knowledge. Your main tasks will be to process issuing and acquiring disputes for credit and debit cards payments. You will be also responsible for facilitating the research, resolution and acquiring the dispute handling skills of payment related dispute claims. ? Responsibilities Development and Implementation: You manage issuing and acquiring chargeback either via our partners or direct in direct contact with the Schemes.
