Livechat Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support via email channel. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's platform assigned product line Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely follow-ups within SLA. Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management. Requirements : Diploma or above in any field. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to client needs. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Finance or Technology-related industry will be a plus Prior trading (crypto or traditional) experience is preferred. Willing to work 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
