The Customer Support Representative will join our international team at our headquarters in Dubai. He/she will be working with a diverse and multinational team to help with the company’s projects and customer servicing efforts. Responsibilities: Handle all client queries via live chats, emails and phone calls for the company's group; and other customer service duties assigned by the Customer Support department. Understand, investigate, and resolve all client's complaints by following the internal procedures. Process appropriate verification procedures based on types of clients, and handle various issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company. Act as the initial point of contact for existing clients and assist them with all their queries and coordinate with the other departments.
