The Senior Manager Dispute Resolution role is a critical member of the Customer Care leadership team, responsible for leading the resolution of customer complaints across Australia & New Zealand and ensuring the customer complaints framework is managed to a high standard. The Dispute Resolution team manages complaints made directly to Latitude as well as external dispute schemes including AFCA (AU) & IFSO (NZ). This is a highly visible role, with end-to-end complaints accountability that will see you regularly dealing with business line executives and general managers.
