The Role & Scope Manage 20 to 40 closed accounts to continue upselling and troubleshooting Be a trusted partner and advocate for 20-40 customers Build strong happy customers relationships to achieve long-term success Identify opportunities Meet with interested companies to understand their business plans, priorities and requirements in detail. Identify upselling opportunities and to draft plan on how Xendit can continue to support and to close deals. Monitor and manage customers' health Propose, lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process. Engage with internal stakeholders (eg: product, compliance) to represent client needs. Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed.
