Job Responsibilities: Perform daily HR and admin duties, handle confidential matter and provide administrative support. Gather information and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations. Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal, employee’s activities, staff birthday celebration etc. Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts. Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing meetings. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
