Responsibilities: Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to onboarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes; Gets involved in business meetings and provides insights and inputs from HR perspective; Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned; Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
