Job purpose
In this role, you will guide the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring our portfolio of programs and projects is aligned with our strategic objectives and goals. You will work across levels and project teams to manage budget, resources, communications, risk resolution and sponsorship. Along with your team, you will bridge business strategy and project delivery, while providing outstanding client service.
General Duties
Guide overall efforts of the PMO including developing, maintaining and distributing standardized processes, procedures, templates and tools to be leveraged across the organization
Represent the PMO during senior management meetings and provide regular updates on portfolio status
Review requests for scope, budget and schedule changes, and discuss with senior management as appropriate
Provide recommendations on prioritization of programs and projects within the portfolio - and then ensure PMO standards are met
