Role purpose IG has extensive global client-facing sales teams who are incentivised through various sales schemes. These help to support and drive IG's growth journey but they also have inherent risks and conflicts that need to be managed. This role has dual purposes of supporting the sales management and teams in driving and incentivising the right behaviours to meet ambitious growth targets across the group but also of governing and managing the sales schemes to mitigate conduct risk and poor outcomes and to ensure sales commissions are paid out correctly and continue to be fair and proportionate.
