The Back Office Officer will be responsible for efficiently managing client account processes and handling all types of transactions in accordance with company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of KYC and AML procedures, ensuring compliance while maintaining professionalism and diligence. Key responsibilities include processing new client applications, managing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, responding to client inquiries, monitoring high-risk transactions, and applying anti-fraud measures.
Responsibilities:
Process applications for the opening of new clients’ accounts into the Company’s software
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company’s software
Respond to client inquiries related to account openings or funding processes via email
Follow the Company’s KYC procedures for all potential and existing clients
