Why this role matters
As a Product Designer, you will design and improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on KYC and Payments. You will work on complex customer journeys such as verification and payment flows, where usability and clarity can directly impact key product metrics.
You will translate product requirements into clear, high-quality interfaces, using product data, user feedback, and research to make informed design decisions and improve existing experiences.
This is an office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
Turn product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile
Design and improve complex KYC, verification, and payment flows, reducing cognitive load and helping users complete key tasks efficiently
Use product metrics, user feedback, and research findings to identify usability issues and make informed design decisions
Plan and conduct usability tests and user interviews, and apply findings to improve product solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers / Product Owners, analysts, developers, researchers, and other designers to shape feasible, user-friendly solutions
Maintain design system consistency across platforms and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement when needed
Prepare clear Figma specifications, states, and edge cases for developer handoff
Support implementation and design QA, ensuring the final product reflects the intended experience
Who We’re Looking For
Higher education in Design or a related field
8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, contributing to web and mobile products, preferably in banking, finance, or other data-rich domains
Experience designing KYC, verification, payment, or similar critical customer flows would be a strong advantage
Strong product thinking and experience using data, research, and user feedback to support design decisions
Experience working independently across the full design cycle, from problem exploration to implementation
Proficiency in Figma and experience working with mature design systems
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional product teams
Portfolio demonstrating relevant work on real, shipped products
Fluent English
