CMC are hiring a Business Continuity Analyst to support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of CMC Markets' Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. Working closely with the Business Continuity Manager and stakeholders across Technology and the wider business, the role helps ensure business continuity plans remain accurate, tested and effective, supporting the organisation's operational resilience objectives. What you will be doing: Support the maintenance of the Business Continuity Policy, Framework and associated standards. Assist in the annual review and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across business functions. Coordinate the review and maintenance of Business Recovery Plans (BRPs), ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
