About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to lead compliance activities in support of the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions business in South Africa to ensure compliance with the applicable rules and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to engage in broader Compliance initiatives. Specifically, You Will
Monitor, assess and support implementation of regulatory developments relating to Compliance Risks.
Support the development of local Compliance Risk Frameworks, in coordination with Global Compliance as necessary, including drafting local standards and processes, training and communication for new and changes to regulations.
Provide enabling guidance and communication to the business with respect to Compliance requirements and implementation of the Compliance Programme, including Global Compliance topics, with a particular focus on South African requirements.
