We are seeking an experienced leader to shape XTB's regulatory strategy, oversee key licensing and authorization processes, and build professional, transparent, and constructive relationships with supervisory authorities in Poland and international markets. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate licensing and authorization processes in Poland and across international markets. Manage relationships with supervisory authorities throughout licensing proceedings, inspections, regulatory inquiries, and consultations.
