Jouw rol als Customer Success Manager In deze functie ben je de schakel tussen de ondernemer en zijn groeiplannen. Je voert dagelijks gesprekken met klanten uit allerlei sectoren: van de bouw tot de retail en de horeca. Je bent er niet alleen om vragen te beantwoorden, maar vooral om mee te denken. Je luistert naar hun plannen, analyseert hun behoefte en adviseert over het juiste financiële product. Jouw doel? Zorgen dat de klant tevreden is én dat de deal gesloten wordt.
