Client Onboarding & Maintenance Executive - Warsaw We're looking for a proactive and diligent Client Onboarding Executive or KYC Analyst to join our team and help deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys working collaboratively across the business. What you’ll be doing End-to-end KYC/AML due diligence — owning onboarding and reviews for individuals, corporates, funds, trusts, partnerships, and other entities. Financial crime & risk assessment — CDD/EDD, Source of Wealth/Funds, PEPs, sanctions, adverse media, fraud/AML indicators, and appropriate escalation.
