Job Summary Treasury Markets (TM) serves as a vital frontline execution division within Treasury, tasked with key responsibilities that ensure the effective balance and optimisation of liquidity and capital across the organisation. The position focuses on managing liquidity and investment portfolios while actively overseeing interest rate risk within the banking book to enhance the Group's Return on Tangible Equity (ROTE). The Treasury Markets Dealer plays a proactive role in providing insightful, market-driven solutions to internal partners, fostering collaboration across regions to prioritise Group-wide performance over individual country or regional advantages.
