Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients, VIP traders, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to promote the company's trading services, copy-trading systems, and platform features. Liaise with internal departments such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues, including rebate discrepancies, account problems, and platform-related concerns.
