THE OPPORTUNITY Regulatory and compliance-driven change is the most demanding type of IT delivery: the obligations are externally fixed, the timelines are non-negotiable, and the legacy systems they must change are often poorly documented and highly interconnected. As a Systems Analyst on the EMEA Change Team, you are the person who makes that tractable — translating regulatory obligations into structured, precise requirements that architects and delivery teams can act on.
