Job Purpose To support the delivery, enhancement and optimisation of Home Loans onboarding solutions by translating business objectives into executable product initiatives, coordinating delivery activities, and driving continuous improvement across onboarding journeys. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of product backlogs, requirements, stakeholder engagement, operational analysis and delivery execution. Working closely with Senior Product Managers, technology teams, business stakeholders and operations teams, the Product Development Manager ensures that onboarding solutions deliver business value, improve customer experience and meet operational, regulatory and risk requirements.
