Main Responsibilities: Build and prioritize the end to end client success roadmap across web,app,email,push, in-app, sms, viber and telemarketing touchpoints Map the critical moments from web session start to application drop off and approval trought repayment, repeat use and reactivation, design the automated and triggered journeys that move customers to the next valuable state or action Set eligibility, suppression, frequency and channel policies using customer behaviour, value, risk and consent signals, while protecting the customer trust Translate lifecycle opportunities into business cases, monitor funded contracts, revenue, repeat rate, reactivation and channels cost – not opens and clics Work with App, Web, Brand and Content, Client Service, Communications, Product, Data, Legal and IT teams to improve both the message and the customer experience Define business and data requirenments with technical owners, ensure events, triggers, integrations,...
