We are building a stablecoin-powered global B2B payment network that serves high-frequency, digital-first verticals including iGaming and cross-border trade. In this senior role, you will take full strategic ownership of our risk control architecture, balancing growth with rigorous loss mitigation, channel health, and regulatory compliance across on-chain and off-chain rails. You will design and establish our end-to-end Risk Strategy framework from 0 to 1. You will not be performing daily manual reviews or writing code. Instead, you will act as the chief architect of "what to check" and "how to check"—authoring robust SOPs for operational teams, directing system product requirements for Product & Tech, and driving high conversion rates for legitimate high-volume merchants without compromising security.
