About The Job We are expanding our Quality Assurance Team in Amsterdam. The QA hub in Amsterdam focuses on quality assurance for Private and Corporate clients, Transaction Alerts , and additional QA tasks in the future. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will develop quality standards, perform testing, identify issues in Onboarding, ODD, and Transaction Monitoring processes, and prepare reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create and adjust policies and processes that support a zero-defect quality culture. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will manage first-line QA controls in both content and process, working closely with fellow QA Specialists. You will provide expert advice to colleagues in other departments and your findings will be used to develop improvement plans with management, acting as a professional partner within the organization.
