The Opportunity: As a Senior POS Specialist, you will support policy servicing operations by processing policy owner requests related to policy changes, surrenders, reinstatements, endorsements, premium allocations, and account clearances. In this role, you will help ensure requests are reviewed, calculated, documented, and completed accurately and in accordance with the POS manual, company procedures and applicable risk policies.
