Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Senior Treasury Operations Manager to oversee daily treasury operations, asset reconciliation, and fund management across multiple entities. This role ensures accuracy, security, compliance, and efficiency of asset flows while supporting business growth and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations & Reconciliation
- Oversee daily reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely discrepancy resolution
- Monitor and validate transactions, balances, and asset movements across accounts and entities
- Manage asset transfers across internal and external accounts
- Maintain and optimize balance sheet structure and asset positioning
Asset & Position Management
- Establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for multi-entity asset and position management
- Monitor position exposure, liquidity, and allocation across different jurisdictions and accounts
- Ensure accurate and consistent entity-level and group-level reporting
Process Optimization & Risk Control
- Design and implement SOPs for treasury operations and asset handling
- Define and enforce security standards and internal controls
- Establish risk management frameworks to ensure safe and compliant asset processing
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and scalability
Fund Flow & Security Management
- Manage and optimize fund flows across different entities and systems
- Ensure secure, efficient, and compliant fund processing to support daily operations
- Monitor liquidity readiness and operational capacity
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks
Product & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Understand and map end-to-end fund flow structures across products and entities
- Translate operational needs into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with product, finance, compliance, and engineering teams
- Support new business launches and system enhancements
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or asset management
- Experience managing large-scale funds and multi-account structures
- Proven experience in handling multiple accounts and processing funds across multiple currencies in a complex operational environment
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, reconciliation, and balance sheet management
- Solid understanding of fund flow management within banking systems or financial institutions
- Hands-on experience in multi-currency fund operations and cross-entity fund movements
- Experience in financial reporting and structured data analysis
- Ability to design and optimize processes, controls, and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both fiat and crypto asset management
- Background in banking systems, fintech, or regulated financial institutions
- Understanding of financial compliance frameworks (safeguarding, internal controls, audit and report)
- Experience in multi-entity and cross-border operations
Language & Technical Skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Mandarin is a strong advantage, additional European languages are a plus
- Strong capability in data processing and analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar tools preferred)
