Day-to-day Responsibilities Analyzing incoming disputes from the issuing banks and taking the right decisions in accordance with the rules & regulations of different card schemes (MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Union Pay, JCB) Informing our merchants of their disputes, requesting appropriate documentation to refute the bank's claim Editing, preparing, and submitting documentation to the issuing banks in a timely and accurate manner Advising our customers in case of questions and...

About The Team The UK Client Disputes team is a newly established team within our Customer Experience function, dedicated to handling client disputes for UK customers. The team is focused on investigating disputes for clients as fast as possible, resolving under FCA DISP/SRC requirements, and escalating complex or regulatory cases where needed.
