In this role you will get the chance to work on third-party and intragroup arrangement lifecycle, including due diligence, risk assessments, vendor monitoring, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and vendor lifecycle management. The role focuses on operational resilience, outsourcing governance, and third-party risk management within a regulated environment.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you

  • Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct/Review initial and ongoing due diligence and risk assessments for third-party and intragroup arrangements. This includes the evaluation of documentation such as financial statements, security controls, ISO certifications, SOC reports, and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Performance Oversight: Oversee the performance of vendors and intragroup services by tracking key performance indicators and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with business, IT, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Risk teams, providing guidance to stakeholders regarding due diligence and risk assessment requirements.
  • Compliance: Assistance with preparing regulatory notifications, as well as responding to requests, audits, and inspections from regulators concerning third-party arrangements.
  • Process & Tool Enhancement: support improvements and automation initiatives for procurement processes and TPRM tools.
  • Governance Support: Help with drafting necessary reports concerning third-party and intragroup agreements and take on other responsibilities or tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the ideal candidate, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, IT, or a related field, and brings 1 to 3 years of experience in areas such as banking, fintech, consulting, audit, risk, outsourcing, or vendor management. You have a foundational understanding of outsourcing frameworks, including DORA and EBA Guidelines, as well as operational resilience and third-party risk management requirements.

With a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn, they demonstrate solid analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

In addition, you possess good communication abilities and are comfortable coordinating with various stakeholders.
