Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Game Payments Product Manager to lead and grow FasterPay’s payment solutions tailored for the gaming industry. You will shape product strategy, drive execution, and work closely with engineering, design, business development, risk & compliance teams to deliver seamless, secure payment experiences for gamers and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gaming payment solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, compliance, operations) to define product requirements and deliver high‑impact features on time.
- Drive payment product improvements focused on user experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Prioritize product backlog, manage releases, and track key metrics (e.g., approval rates, churn, transaction value).
- Partner with risk, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows across regions.
- Work with business development and partner managers to integrate new payment methods and gaming partners.
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize features and support business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, fintech, or gaming industries.
- Deep understanding of payment technologies, gateways, processing flows, and anti‑fraud controls.
- Familiarity with FasterPay platform or similar global/local payment solutions is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and define actionable product improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with gaming ecosystems (mobile, PC, console, or cloud gaming).
- Knowledge of regulatory environments and cross‑border payments.
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical product specifications.
- Understanding of UX best practices for checkout and onboarding flows.
