Account Manager

Genome is a fully digital financial platform that delivers everything users expect from traditional banking, faster, safer, and online. We are a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving both businesses and individuals, primarily across the EU and beyond.

Our platform offers a wide range of services, including dedicated IBAN accounts, payment processing, currency exchange, and local and international transfers (SEPA and SWIFT). Clients can manage their finances through a smart, intuitive dashboard available on desktops and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Genome is looking for an Account Manager!

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Support

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Assist in shaping our Customer Experience Management Strategy, analyzing client activity, identifying potential friction points, and resolving issues rapidly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations) to ensure our clients' needs are met efficiently.

2. Merchant Upselling & Growth

• Deeply understand each client's unique business model to identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored solutions that increase revenue for both the merchant and Genome.
• Prepare compelling commercial proposals and confidently navigate pricing negotiations.
• Maintain a deep, accurate understanding of Genome’s financial services and features.

3. Smooth Client Onboarding

• Take ownership of corporate clients introduced by the Sales team to manage their long-term customer lifecycle.
• Guide business clients smoothly through the onboarding journey, maintaining a solid grasp of the foundational technical aspects of payment processing.

Skills & Experience

• You bring proven experience in Account Management (iGaming, Forex, PSP, Affiliates and Marketing Agencies).
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accountancy, or a related field is an advantage.
• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, with the ability to build strong networks and explain technical details simply.
• You are a professional user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software platforms quickly.

Compensation

Salary range: €3200 - €3600 gross monthly* + bonus scheme

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
